@@MrJat420 How much time has it been since you had it since I heard it can take a couple of months to kick in. Also I have found a Dr Avinash signh chauhan who seems to be curing AVN with ayurveda but haven't had a chance to visit him but If I do will drop a comment for you what were the outcomes
@@MrJat420 if you are still in pain and don't want surgery I would recommend kotakkal hospital ayurveda it will be a bit costly (oil therapy is costly around 30-40k but don't know about the price where you live and will happen in 6 month intervals rest of the treatment is cheap) but halt your progression and reduce pain significantly. But that is if you can handle the pain since they gave me meds to build back muscles due to which now my pain is almost gone but movement cannot be regained this is something they said to me when I first went there
@@MrJat420 Ohkay I have read that on a small percentage of people it does not show any affects. it's also dependent on you age and healing capacity and of course most important if you truly believed it will help you or not. When I believed it will it help me the changes where very small but when I believed it helped a lot.
